Its a blend of 20 grains, millets, nuts & seeds that are sprouted and roasted into a fine flour.Traditionally known as Sattu maavu, you may call it a homemade porridge mix too.

- How To Enjoy: Mix 2 tablespoon of TMS Health Mix/Sattu maavu with 2 cups of water, stir well to avoid lumps. Cook the mixture on medium flame for at least 10 minutes until a porridge like consistency is reached. If you find the porridge runny, then add less water according to your preference. Fruit purees (banana/apple/dates) can be added to the porridge to make it naturally sweet. This also works as an instant food for kids while travelling, just add hot water and cover for 5 mins, and its ready to feed. For adults add in your shakes or stir in with water for a easy & quick drink.
- How to Store: Empty the flour in an air tight container. Keep in a cool & dry place away from moisture, humidity, dust, insects, pests & direct sunlight. You may refrigerate for the better shelf life.
