1. Shipping rates & costs

We offer free shipping for most pin codes in Indore and a flat fee of Rs. 100 for the rest of India per order.

2. Shipping methods and delivery times

We use various different companies like FedEx, Delhivery, etc and aggregators like Shiprocket to ensure the products reach you on time, you can expect the goods to be delivered to you within 3 – 4 business days in most places in India and remote locations may take longer. Certain items have a higher number of days for dispatch as they made to order. Please order accordingly.

3. Shipping restrictions

If you are in a remote area where deliveries can be an issue please email us at [email protected] so we can check with our delivery partners before you place the order.

4. Missing or lost packages

We ship all our items using tracking through reputed companies as mentioned above, please report missing or lost packages within 24 hours of the alleged delivery so we can track via our delivery partners.

We currently do not ship internationally
